Having done no real exercise this year except walking. Tonight we went cycling. We didn't go far but I am now really tired. We went past the place where I came off last year and that was ok. I had been nervous but only by actually getting back on the bike will I overcome this.
I meant to link up my food menu for the week but had to go back to work monday evening so didn't manage that.
The plan for the week is
Mon: pizza
Tues: lentils and veg
Wed: sausages and rice
Thurs: fridge eating
Fri: Salmon boiled pots. and mixed salad
Saturday I haven't decided as we don't go shopping till sat am. Sunday will be Roast chicken as we rotate this round; Roast chicken, beef and pork.
I meant to take some photos but didn't manage it.
