Strange Sunday

The game due yesterday against Granada was finally postponed as the referees couldn't get to the island from Asturius in the north of Spain.

There is talk that it will be postponed until the 12th of January or even the 19th of January. It has to be played before the first round of matches have been played so it can't be postponed after the game against Las Palmas.

The players had a training session yesterday Sunday in the Heliodoro. From 10am they were there on the grass. After warm up they practiced exercises of possession and pressure. Then they worked out with the ball and finished with a game in part of the pitch.

They trained for one hour and 45 minutes under the orders of Mandía who wanted to keep them hard pressed in spite of the game they missed.

Nino y Natalio worked on the side of the group. Ricardo y Omar, trained with the group at the beginning and during the game did specialised a specific training. Bellvis managed to complete their session and Julio Álvarez participated in nearly all of the training. It is significant to note that Juan Ramón y Bruno two players from the B team took part in the session.

The first team will train again today Monday, at 10 am in, in the El Mundialito.
