Daniel Kome & Ezequiel Luna were the two players interviewed on Wednesday in El Mundialito. The players from Cameroon and Argentina about the importance of the next game CD Tenerife plays in Salamanca next Saturday, in the first away game of the second half of the liga Adelante.
Kome said  “all the games left are important and we are going to Salamanca to get the three points. It would appear that they are also not good right now. Lets see if we can do things well”.
The Camerunian International has no doubts about the state of mind of the group right now as they try to help the team our of the relegation positions: “You can see what the team wants and that they are all keen. We need to go back to winning, and move into the safer positions. I am here to help and hope to be able to do this on the field”.
Kome spoke about the change of feeling which has come about since Antonio Tapia arrived: “He is asking that we give everything. The group needs all the players”. “The new players have also arrived to help. I hope that the three can add to the team”, he finished.
For his part, Luna started his interview remembering the last visit to Salamanca, which finished in a win: “It was something special. The mentality right now is to win the three points. We know it will be hard, but we are going to try. Wining would be vital for us, really good”.
The blue and white defender was clear that CD Tenerife needs to do more: “We need to defend as a team. Doing this in an organised form means we can all add together to be more. We need to improve to keep our net empty. There needs to be a collective effort to receive no more goals. We need to work 100 %”.
“I feel confident as the games pass we get better and correct our mistakes. I only think how I can help the team and play better”, he finished.
